Goodman is seeking a Technical Development Manager based in Paris to lead data centre projects through feasibility, design, permitting and execution. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, liaise with authorities and ensure alignment with the group’s growth strategy.

The role requires 1–3 years of technical development experience, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in French and English. A collaborative, proactive mindset and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years’ experience in technical development of real estate projects, preferably data centre, logistics or industrial.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures related to industrial project development in France is a significant asset.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken, enabling work in an international environment.
• Strong command of MS Office and standard digital tools.

Responsabilités

• Feasibility studies, design, and preparation of permits for data centre projects.
• Coordination with multidisciplinary external design teams and authorities.
• Management of tenders, contracts and technical execution, within budget and schedule.
• Regulatory watch and collaboration with internal departments in France and internationally.
• Participation in cross-functional groups on innovation and sustainable methods.
