Exyte is seeking a Commissioning Manager to lead and coordinate commissioning for data center facilities. You will work with project teams, clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure testing, validation and handover meet high quality standards.

You will develop commissioning strategies, manage stakeholders, review designs, supervise testing, resolve issues and ensure compliance with EHS standards. Travel nationally and internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Science & Technology, or a related discipline.
• Extensive professional experience in commissioning, including leadership responsibility on complex construction, industrial or mission-critical projects.
• Proven experience delivering commissioning activities for data centers or other mission-critical facilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the complete commissioning process across all commissioning levels (Level 1-5) from planning through execution and final handover.
• Develop, implement and maintain commissioning strategies, schedules and procedures aligned with project requirements.
• Coordinate and manage all internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, OEMs, engineering teams and clients.
• Review and approve technical designs, system specifications, commissioning plans and test procedures for MEP systems.
• Oversee and supervise functional testing, integrated systems testing and performance verification activities.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning activities.
• Monitor commissioning progress, documentation and reporting to ensure compliance with project objectives and quality requirements.
• Ensure all commissioning activities are executed in full compliance with EHS standards and project safety requirements.
• Manage commissioning-related observations, punch list items and non-conformities through to successful closure.
• Support client inspections, witness testing and final handover activities to achieve full client satisfaction.
