Job description

Naturacare’s IT function is in full build mode: ERP transformation across 5 European plants, an AI automation portfolio in production, and a data platform serving operations, supply chain and finance — all running in parallel. This position exists because we need someone who can industrialize the flows, harden the integrations and accelerate automation, while giving business teams the APIs and data services they need to move fast. If you’re looking for a hands‑on technical role with real cross‑system scope, high autonomy and a direct seat at the heart of a group‑wide IS transformation, this is it.

Position's missions
  • Design, develop and maintain reliable, production‑grade ETL / ELT data pipelines
  • Use SQL for data transformation, validation and quality assurance
  • Perform data migrations and conversions as part of ERP and application projects
  • Implement data quality mechanisms: controls, business rules, historization, traceability
  • Design automated integrity checks and reconciliation mechanisms across heterogeneous databases (7 ERPs, CRM, MDM); produce actionable desynchronization reports
  • Apply data management fundamentals: integrity, uniqueness, master data, cross‑system consistency
  • Design, develop and operate inter‑application flows via EAI / iPaaS solutions (n8n, Boomi or equivalent)
  • Maintain and document the flow catalogue (SFTP, REST API, GraphQL)
  • Design, consume and test REST and GraphQL APIs
  • Use API testing and debugging tools (Postman or equivalent)
  • Contribute to MDM / PIM integration (Customers, Suppliers, Products)
  • Participate in structuring integration data models

3. APIs & Data Services for Business Teams

  • Design and expose secure APIs and data services enabling business teams and project teams to access company data quickly, build POCs and prototypes, and experiment with data, automation or AI use cases
  • Set up data access layers adapted to each use case (APIs, services, views, datasets)
  • Ensure security, governance and traceability of data access

4. Automation, RPA & AI

  • Contribute to the architecture design of automation solutions (RPA, workflows, orchestrations)
  • Develop or integrate automations via scripts, EAI workflows, no‑code / low‑code tools, RPA solutions or equivalent
  • Participate in the integration of AI use cases (data exploitation, calls to AI services, intelligent automation)
  • Help transform business prototypes into production‑grade solutions where relevant

5. Governance & Structuring

  • Participate in the definition and maintenance of business rules
  • Contribute to the data repository: models, dictionary, functional and technical documentation
  • Work on relational and analytical data models (star, snowflake)
  • Collaborate closely with business teams to durably improve data reliability and usability

6. Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead or contribute to data, integration and automation sub‑projects
  • Participate in business workshops to understand needs and co‑build solutions
  • Proactively propose technical choices, architectures and tools
  • Contribute to the group’s growing maturity on data, automation and innovation topics
The profile sought

Technical skills

  • Good understanding of REST APIs (GraphQL a plus)
  • Experience or strong appetite for automation, RPA or workflow orchestration
  • Interest in applied AI use cases (data scientist background not required)
  • Python and Node.js experience; appetite for Go
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, ideally Azure
  • Awareness of IS architecture and data governance challenges
  • Curious, pragmatic and solution-oriented
  • Able to engage effectively with business stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in environments under construction
  • Able to move from rapid prototype to robust production solution
  • Analytical mindset, autonomy and strong sense of priorities
  • Able to work independently on a technical scope without a dedicated data team: designer, developer and operator in one

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years in data engineering, systems integration, backend development or automation, including hands‑on construction of pipelines or flows in production (not just analysis, reporting or BI)
  • Involvement in structured IS projects (ERP, integration, data, automation)
  • Industrial or multi‑site experience appreciated, but not required

Languages

  • English: professional level required (international environment)
