Qualifications

• Proven experience as Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Reporting Consultant.
• Strong Power BI expertise and dashboard development skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear reporting solutions.

Our client is looking for a Data Analytics & Reporting Consultant to support the evolution of strategic reporting and data-driven decision-making capabilities. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to enhance reporting solutions, improve data structures, define reporting roadmaps, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives. The role combines data analytics, reporting design, business understanding, and stakeholder engagement within a complex organisational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance interactive reporting and dashboard solutions to support business performance monitoring.
• Analyse data sources and contribute to the optimisation of data models, reporting structures, and data governance processes.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Create prototypes and visual concepts to improve the user experience and accessibility of reporting tools.
• Support the definition of reporting roadmaps and identify opportunities for process and data improvements.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives by assessing business opportunities where advanced analytics or emerging technologies could bring value.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Reporting Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, dashboard development, and data visualisation best practices.
• Experience with data modelling, reporting architecture, data mapping, and performance measurement frameworks.Ability to translate business requirements into clear and user-friendly reporting solutions.
• Experience with wireframing, dashboard prototyping, or UI/UX design tools such as Figma or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
