Global Enterprise Partners is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Data Analyst in Paris to support a global SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will ensure data readiness across PLM and SAP S/4HANA platforms and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to support migration activities.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and assess existing product and manufacturing data across multiple systems
• Support data migration activities into SAP S/4HANA, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
• Ensure data quality and consistency across Material Master, Product Master, BOM, Routing, and Engineering datasets
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data standards and business rules
• Identify and resolve data quality issues that could impact system deployment
• Support testing, cutover, and go-live activities from a data perspective
• Assist in establishing data governance processes and controls
• Produce data quality reports and support project decision-making with data insights
• Work with PLM and SAP teams to ensure alignment between engineering and ERP data structures

We are supporting a global manufacturer embarking on a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Data Analyst to join the project team.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and readiness of product and manufacturing data across PLM and SAP S/4HANA platforms. This position will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to support migration and transformation activities.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse and assess existing product and manufacturing data across multiple systems

Support data migration activities into SAP S/4HANA, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation

Ensure data quality and consistency across Material Master, Product Master, BOM, Routing, and Engineering datasets

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data standards and business rules

Identify and resolve data quality issues that could impact system deployment

Support testing, cutover, and go-live activities from a data perspective

Assist in establishing data governance processes and controls

Produce data quality reports and support project decision-making with data insights

Work with PLM and SAP teams to ensure alignment between engineering and ERP data structures

Required Experience

Previous experience delivering data-related activities on SAP S/4HANA projects

Strong understanding of SAP master data and manufacturing processes

Experience working with PLM systems and product lifecycle data

Proven background in data migration and data quality management

Manufacturing experience is mandatory

Knowledge of product structures, Bills of Materials, Routings, engineering changes, and material management processes

Experience engaging with both business and technical stakeholders

Strong documentation and analytical skills

Preferred Experience

Experience within industrial manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, engineering, life sciences, or consumer goods sectors

Exposure to SAP Migration Cockpit, Syniti, or similar migration tools

Experience supporting global ERP transformation programmes

French language skills are advantageous

Candidate Profile
