Sanofi Group in Paris is seeking a Data & AI Engineer to join our Digital Commercial Accelerator team. You will design and implement end-to-end data pipelines, build scalable data models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Based in Paris with hybrid work (onsite Mon-Wed), you will contribute to AI-driven data initiatives, apply CI/CD and cloud best practices, and deliver clean, AI-ready data for applications across our international

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Master's preferred) in Computer Science or a related field.

Main responsibilities

• Help design and implement end‑to‑end data pipelines that transform raw data into valuable insights, ensuring scalability and reliability in cloud environments.

• Follow and apply data engineering best practices, including design patterns, CI/CD integrations, containerized deployments, and participate in peer review of code and technical documentation.

About you Experience

• Experience in implementing data pipelines and data warehouse solutions in cloud environments.


• Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and pipeline orchestration in production settings.


• Working with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Technical Skills

• Good proficiency in SQL and data warehousing platforms (Snowflake preferred).


• Hands‑on experience with ETL tools (IICS or equivalent), data transformation tools (dbt preferred) and Python for data processing.


• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) including orchestration frameworks (Airflow preferred).


• Knowledge of CI/CD practices (GitHub Actions preferred), version control (Git), and infrastructure as code principles (Terraform preferred).


• Capacity to implement engineering patterns and technical standards.

Soft Skills

• Collaborative mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.


• Self‑motivated and able to take initiative in a fast‑paced environment.


• Effective communication skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Master's preferred) in Computer Science or a related field.

The salary range for this position is :€38,560.00 - €57,840.00 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
