Sanofi Group, basé à Paris, recherche un Data & AI Engineer pour rejoindre l’équipe Digital Commercial Accelerator. Vous concevrez et déployerez des pipelines de données, modèles et workflows AI en environnement cloud, en collaboration avec des parties prenantes internationales.

Le poste offre un salaire fixe annuel + variable collectif, télétravail partiel et opportunités de mobilité internationale.

Formación

• Expérience dans la conception et la mise en œuvre de pipelines de données et de data warehouses dans des environnements cloud.
• Modélisation de données et ETL/ELT; orchestration de pipelines en production.
• Travail en collaboration avec des équipes transverses pour transformer les besoins métiers en solutions techniques.
• Respect des contrôles qualité des données et des standards de gouvernance.
• Conception et suivi de pipelines et de workloads efficaces et évolutifs.

Responsabilidades

• Concevoir et déployer des pipelines de données de bout en bout, en garantissant évolutivité et fiabilité dans le cloud.
• Développer des modèles de données axés sur les performances et les charges de travail
• Travailler avec des équipes transverses pour convertir les besoins métiers en solutions techniques.
• Mettre en œuvre des contrôles qualité et suivre les standards de gouvernance.
• Utiliser des processus d'ingestion automatisés et des systèmes de surveillance pour suivre les KPI opérationnels.

Main responsibilities:

• Help design and implement end-to-end data pipelines that transform raw data into valuable insights, ensuring scalability and reliability in cloud environments.


• Develop data models with a focus on query performance and efficient workloads.


• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


• Implement data quality checks and follow governance standards.


• Use automated data ingestion processes and monitoring systems to track operational KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and maintain pipeline health.


• Build and maintain ETL processes and machine learning workflows, providing clean AI ready data for our applications.


• Follow and apply data engineering best practices, including design patterns, CI/CD integrations, containerized deployments, and participate in peer review of code and technical documentation.

About you

Experience:

Experience in implementing data pipelines and data warehouse solutions in cloud environments.

Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and pipeline orchestration in production settings.

Working with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Technical Skills:

Good proficiency in SQL and data warehousing platforms (Snowflake preferred).

Hands-on experience with ETL tools (IICS or equivalent), data transformation tools (dbt preferred) and Python for data processing.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) including orchestration frameworks (Airflow preferred).

Knowledge of CI/CD practices (GitHub Actions preferred), version control (Git), and infrastructure as code principles (Terraform preferred).

Capacity to implement engineering patterns and technical standards.

Soft Skills:

Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Master's preferred) in Computer Science or a related field.

Languages: English is mandatory
