Chanel is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst to join the D365 Solution Centre, supporting core Finance and operations processes (O2C, S2P and R2R). You will translate business needs into functional specifications and own the FDDs, including integration considerations across a Best-of-breed architecture.

Responsibilities include designing configurations, defining data flow, preparing SAT/SIT test plans and supporting go-live cutovers with post‑go-live hypercare.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules is required.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Strong documentation, testing and change-management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Design and document Finance/Operations processes in D365, mapping interfaces.
• Create, own and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDD).
• Define test plans, SAT/SIT facilitation and defect triage for deployments.
• Support go-live, data migration and post‑go-live hypercare.
