Keoni provides cybersecurity training and awareness programs across Europe. The consultant will design and lead tailored sessions for staff, managers, officials and IT directors, ensuring engagement via in-person or remote formats.

Sessions cover basic cybersecurity principles, phishing and ransomware threats, and best practices for securing digital activities, with up-to-date case studies and regulatory reminders.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 3-hour in-person sessions for 8 to 15 participants.
• Deliver 3-hour remote training via webinar with no minimum participants.
• Train on fixed dates defined in advance.
• On-site training when requested by the organization, with flexible audience targeting.
• Present concrete and recent cyberattack examples to engage participants.
• Remind attendees of GDPR, NIS2 and related regulatory obligations.

# Cybersecurity training and awareness consultant* Cybersecurity training and awareness consultantContext: To raise awareness among all members (employees, managers, agents, IT departments) of organizations regarding cybersecurity best practices and to provide them with training tailored to their level and roles. The consultant will be required to propose and lead awareness and training sessions adapted to the needs of the organization's members, in the form of in-person or remote training.MISSIONS • Topic - 3-hour sessions with 8 to 15 participants for in-person training. • Topic - 3-hour sessions with no minimum number of participants for remote training via webinar. • Fixed dates, defined in advance. • In-person training will take place on-site, according to the organization's needs. • Training must be adaptable to meet the specific needs of each type of audience within the beneficiary organization (staff, elected officials, managers, IT directors). The goal is to target the main threats for each type of audience and teach them best practices to protect themselves. • The main topics to be covered in these training sessions are: o Basic principles of cybersecurity. o Presentation of common threats (phishing, ransomware, etc.). o Best practices for securing digital activities. • Concrete and recent examples (less than 10 months old) of cyberattacks impacting organizations and/or local authorities must be presented during these training sessions to engage staff from the beneficiary organizations. • A reminder of the various regulatory obligations to which local authorities are subject (GDPR, RGS, NIS2). • Digital training materials such as best practice guides, explanatory videos, and summary sheets must also be made available to the trained staff. • Digital questionnaires must be sent by email to all participants before the start of the training to assess their cybersecurity knowledge. • Digital questionnaires must be administered at the end of each training session to reassess participants' knowledge and track its evolution.**Work location:** Europe
