A customer service company is hiring for an on-site customer service role in Lisbon. The position requires fluency in French and a good level of English. Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in French
Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Resolve issues and guide users with provided solutions
Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
French: C2
English: B2
Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)
08:00 AM 06:00 PM (Portuguese time)
Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day per week
Welcome Bonus: 3000
Relocation Package (for candidates moving from outside Portugal):
Flight reimbursement up to 400 after 6 months of employment (economy class)
Room in a shared apartment (maximum 12 months), rent 280/month, all bills included directly deducted from salary
Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day
Transport Allowance: 20 per month
Health Insurance: Available from day 1 (with a monthly contribution); becomes free after 6 months of contract
