A customer service company is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Specialists fluent in French to join their team on-site in Lisbon. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing professional support while enjoying the lively culture of Lisbon. Qualifications

• Fluent in French at C2 level.
• Good command of English at B2+ level.
• Valid EU ID or residence permit.

What You'll Do

Provide outstanding customer support in French via phone, email, and chat

Assist customers with professionalism and empathy

Maintain service quality standards in a fast-paced environment

Your Schedule

Monday to Sunday

07:00 - 23:00 (rotative shifts)

2 rotative days off per week

24/7 shift schedule may be introduced at a later stage
