A tech company specializing in data extraction is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to troubleshoot issues for users and provide live demonstrations. The ideal candidate will have experience with HTML and be proficient in English. Responsibilities include assisting customers and contributing to the knowledge base. This role requires a minimum 4 hour overlap with the PST timezone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Frontline troubleshooting of issues for our entire customer base
  • Fluently communicate with customers to uncover and assist in solving issues
  • Contribute FAQ’s to our knowledge base
  • Capturing and reporting of bugs to the engineering team
  • Own first line communication with our users providing a great experience
  • Provide live demonstrations and tutorials to users
Requirements
  • Have worked with HTML or another similar programming language
  • Ability to have a minimum 4 hour overlap with the PST timezone
  • High proficiency in English both spoken and written
  • Ability to work cross functionally with multiple ongoing deadlines
  • Experience working with ticketing platforms
Nice to haves
  • Experience with Regex and Xpath
  • Prior experience with web scraping tools
  • Experience with Intercom and Notion a plus
