A leading energy innovator based in France is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The successful candidate will guide new clients through onboarding and develop tailored success plans. Fluency in both English and French is required, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. This role is vital for driving customer success as part of Europe's clean energy transition.

This is a fixed-term role, fully dedicated to the Academy, with a mandate to make a lasting impact before the project’s conclusion on 27 February 2027.
The successful contract will be employed up until the end of February 2027 and leave will be included. There are certain other regional benefits depending on where the candidate is based.

The Customer Success Manager ensures the successful adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention of customers using InnoEnergy’s educational and skills-based solutions. This role acts as the primary liaison between InnoEnergy and its customers, providing support, guidance, and value-driven engagement throughout the customer lifecycle. The Customer Success Manager will work closely with product, marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure customers are achieving their desired outcomes and continuously gaining value from our offerings.
