A leading technology company in Paris is seeking a Manager of Customer Success. This role focuses on supporting customers from onboarding to active use, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving loyalty. Ideal candidates must have strong communication skills, experience in customer-facing roles, and 5-7 years in a similar position. The role offers a full-time position with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients.
As the Manager of Customer Success you will support your customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of your products. The role’s responsibilities include expanding customer accounts, increasing customer retention, solving customer issues, and driving customer satisfaction. Your main focus will be on building customer loyalty and nurturing long‑term client relationships. Your main goal is building and leading customer success that is focused on delivering exceptional value to all customers around the world.
A third language other than English and French is highly beneficial for communicating with our diverse customer base.
Work with customers/stakeholders to understand their goals, assess their capabilities and assist with recommendations.
Guide customer on org strategy governance and change management best practices based on customers’ needs.
Working alongside the project management team in assisting with planning and delivery of tasks.
Build a relationship with the customers IT and business leadership.
Working collaboratively across different teams, working with internal stakeholders and effectively communicating customers’ needs with product teams.
Assistance with cross‑department requests: Asana tasks and projects in cross‑departments.
Manager
High education degree (Communications or Marketing Degree) preferred.
Experience working in cross‑functional and customer interfacing role.
Experience in a similar senior role between 5-7 years.
Fluent in English; other languages would be considered a bonus.
Ability to prioritize tasks on value, timeline and interdependency.
Strategic thinker with the ability to think and respond quickly in front of customers.
Ability to grasp technological and business concepts.
Experience using Panda Doc, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Salesmachine, Asana, Xero, PowerBI and Slack.
Sales experience is a plus.
