The Role

As a Customer Success Manager you’ll manage a portfolio of around 40 strategic accounts, focusing on retention, development, and revenue growth.

• Building and managing long-term client relationships (C-level to operations).
• Retaining and developing a strong customer portfolio.
• Preventing churn while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitoring KPIs and achieving monthly retention and sales growth targets.
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment.

• A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
