The Customer Success team sits at the core of the business – partnering with customers to drive adoption, gather insights, and shape how the product evolves. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Growth to ensure every customer achieves measurable success.
Tools you’ll use daily include HubSpot, Intercom, Notion, Zapier, Loom, and Slack.
Experience with project management or productivity software (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Notion) is highly valued.
