A growing SaaS company is seeking a Customer Success Manager to assist new customers and enhance product adoption. Qualifications

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Experience with project management or productivity software is highly valued.

HiCareer is a remote‑first SaaS scale‑up (50+ people across Europe) building a modern project management platform used by creative, tech, and operations teams.

The Customer Success team sits at the core of the business – partnering with customers to drive adoption, gather insights, and shape how the product evolves. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Growth to ensure every customer achieves measurable success.

What You’ll Work On
  • Onboard new customers and lead early‑stage success sessions
  • Identify usage patterns and guide clients on best practices for collaboration and reporting
  • Handle renewals and proactively manage customer health metrics
  • Work closely with Product to communicate feedback and feature requests
  • Support scaling self‑service onboarding through help docs and video walkthroughs

Tools you’ll use daily include HubSpot, Intercom, Notion, Zapier, Loom, and Slack.

  • Build relationships with 30+ SMB and mid‑market accounts
  • Contribute to improving NPS and product adoption metrics
  • Collaborate with Growth on automated playbooks for expansion and upsell opportunities
What They’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support – ideally in SaaS
  • Strong communicator who enjoys helping customers succeed and learn new tools
  • Analytical mindset with ability to spot trends in customer data
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus

Experience with project management or productivity software (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Notion) is highly valued.

  • Remote‑first, distributed team mainly across Europe
  • CET ±2 h working hours
  • Close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Growth teams
  • Regular team meetups in major European cities
