A leading recruitment agency is seeking French-speaking Customer Service Representatives to provide support for a top imaging and printing company. In this role, you will assist customers across Europe with inquiries and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. This position is based in Athens, Greece, with a competitive salary and relocation support provided.

Prestations

Monthly Salary: €1,045
Performance Bonus: Up to €100/month
Relocation Support: 2 weeks hotel accommodation

Qualifications

  • Very good understanding of tech products and troubleshooting basics.
  • Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
  • Right to work in the EU is required.

Job Description:

Cross Border Talents is looking for French-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join the support team of one of the worlds leading companies in imaging, printing, and optical technology.

You will assist customers across Europe with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and service support ensuring every interaction reflects the brands high standards for innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist customers with imaging and printing products such as cameras, printers, and accessories.

  • Perform first-level technical troubleshooting and elevate complex issues when needed.

  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.

Requirements:
  • Language: Native or C2 level in French (this position is open only to French speakers).

  • English: Minimum B2 level (for training and internal communication).

  • Technical skills: Very good understanding of tech products and troubleshooting basics.

  • Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-oriented mindset.

  • Right to work in the EU is required (visa sponsorship not available).

Working Conditions & Benefits:
  • Location: Athens, Greece

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 19:00 (rotational shifts)

  • Monthly Salary: 1,045

  • Performance Bonus: Up to 100/month

  • Agency Costs: 2 weeks

  • Relocation Support: Yes

    • The company covers the first 2 weeks in a hotel upon arrival.

    • Assistance provided to help find affordable long-term accommodation in Athens.
