Une entreprise de logistique de premier plan, GEODIS, recherche un Product Owner pour son portail client. Ce rôle exige une expertise solide en transformation digitale avec un accent sur la gestion de projet et le leadership. Vous serez responsable de faciliter la collaboration entre diverses parties prenantes et d'assurer le succès des projets au sein d'une équipe dynamique.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans des projets de transformation digitale.
• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience comme Product Owner et Chef de projet.
• Expérience en conseil est un plus.

Responsabilités

• Motiver et orienter un réseau de contributeurs et de parties prenantes.
• Assurer un suivi détaillé tout en gardant l'objectif projet à grandes lignes.
• Identifier les interdépendances fonctionnelles.

CUSTOMER PORTAL PRODUCT OWNER H/F

Master's Degree (BAC+5) in a digital, marketing or management field with Minimum 10 years experience in digital transformation projects of large/international companies
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Product Owner and Project Manager
• Consultancy background/experience is a plus
• Team leader spirit – while having no own direct reports to manage in this project, the ability to motivate, encourage and steer a network of contributors and stakeholders is essential
• Detailed follow-up mindset while keeping the macro view & project objectives in mind
• Ability to identify cross functional interdependencies
• Ability to work autonomous with short delays when needed
• Background on SalesForce and Pardot is a plus
• Background in Supply Chain/Transport/Logistics is a plus
• Change management experience is a plus
• Fluent English is a must
• Travel might be required occasionally
