Customer Experience Representative - Spanish (Hybrid Remote Policy)

Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve daily customer tickets
  • Respond professionally to all incoming client calls and emails
  • Resolve client questions and issues efficiently
  • Handle escalations outside the department when necessary
  • Report, analyze, and resolve system, client, and operational issues
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience
  • Develop client relationships and collaborate with the tech team to identify bugs
  • Master emailing best practices, our platform, and available tools
  • Gain technical knowledge of email marketing, including DNS records, HTML, and Sendinblue API
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in customer management focusing on retention
  • Familiarity with email marketing (a plus)
  • Ability to adapt to a relaxed, international office culture
  • SaaS experience (a plus)
  • Interest in growing technical and professional skills
