The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries through various channels, providing support and solutions in a professional manner. Qualifications

This is a full‑time position supporting one of our global partner projects across various industries. You would be working within a large international platform that collaborates with major brands to provide high‑quality services and solutions.

Role Description

As a Customer Service Advisor for the French market, you will handle customer inquiries through inbound calls, chat, and back‑office tasks.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may vary depending on the project but generally include customer support, issue resolution, answering questions, managing requests, and providing solutions in a professional, empathetic, and results‑oriented manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Support, or similar roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage inbound calls, chat, and back‑office channels
• Fluency in French (native/C1) and a good level of English
• Experience in international environments is an advantage
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and customer‑focused
• EU Passport or Greek Residence Card

Work Model

• On‑site or Remote positions available
• Remote roles require candidates to be based in Greece*
