StrangeBee is seeking a CTPO to define and execute the multi-year technology and product vision while building a leadership layer to deliver reliable, scalable systems for enterprise clients.

You will report to the CEO, lead a ~70-person tech org, and shape the future of TheHive, Cortex, and AI initiatives. This is a hands-off role with a strong strategic focus and external thought leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• CTPO/VP level experience in a B2B software scale-up serving enterprise clients.
• Strong cybersecurity expertise and exposure to security products/customers.
• Track record of scaling engineering and product organisations during rapid growth.
• Experience leading debt reduction and migration programmes without halting delivery.
• Active presence in tech or security communities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Comfort in a lean, bootstrapped environment where pragmatism matters as much as vision.

Responsabilités

• Define multi-year technology and product strategy with the CEO and Revenue leadership.
• Build and lead the tech executive team (VP Eng, VP Product, VP Infra & Security, Head of AI).
• Set strategic direction for TheHive and Cortex focusing on scalability, security, and reliability for enterprise clients.
• Drive technical debt relief and migration projects with clear metrics.
• Grow AI capabilities via Head of AI and product AI roadmap.
• Represent StrangeBee externally at conferences and security community events.
• Participate as a key member of Leadership and Comex.
