Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a CT Technologist to independently perform CT examinations in a high-quality, safe hospital setting using state-of-the-art CT scanners and PACS. The role emphasizes patient safety, quality of imaging, and strong communication with the healthcare team.

The position requires ARRT in Radiology and CT, MA license, and BLS. Full-time night shifts and per diem opportunities are available in a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• One year diagnostic technology experience
• CT experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations following CT protocols established by the Radiologist
• Verify exam orders and ensure accurate documentation and charges
• Enter examinations and ensure proper data in PACS
• Send and store images in PACS and maintain image integrity
• Maintain records and logs to monitor quality and safety per policy
• Clean and maintain equipment and a safe work environment
• Assist with transport and patient care as needed
• Communicate with healthcare team and provide education to patients and family
