Job summary

Abyss Energy is seeking a Civil Supervisor to oversee industrial civil works on site, ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, cost and schedule requirements. You will interface between construction contractors and project stakeholders to support delivery of industrial facilities.

The role requires significant on-site supervision experience, ability to coordinate multiple contractors, and a strong understanding of excavation, foundations, reinforcement and concrete construction.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in industrial civil works supervision.
• Degree or technical qualification Bac+2 min.
• Strong knowledge of excavation, foundations, reinforcement works and concrete construction.
• Proven experience on large-scale industrial projects within energy, petrochemical, chemical or infrastructure sectors.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements and construction quality standards.
• Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and stakeholders in a dynamic site environment.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to work autonomously while maintaining effective team collaboration.
