Alice & Bob is building the first universal quantum computer and is seeking a leader for the Cryogenic & RF Platform Operations team. The role is on-site across two Île-de-France sites, Aubervilliers and Paris 15e, overseeing cooldowns, wiring changes, and the measurement chain health.

You will manage 7 engineers/technicians, drive maintenance plans, ensure uptime, and collaborate with QPU design/validation teams to keep the platform production-ready for qubit experiments.

Formación

• Master degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in RF/microwave measurement chains or cryogenic systems.
• Hands-on credibility in building, wiring, debugging or commissioning systems.
• Experience leading a technical team or readiness to do so.
• Professional English and French.
• Strong planning ability and documentation discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Cryogenic & RF Platform Operations team (7 engineers/technicians).
• Ensure availability of cryostats, wiring and instrumentation; preventive and corrective actions.
• Own health of measurement chains; perform routine V&V; detect drift or degradation.
• Monitor uptime and environmental conditions; align with standards.
• Oversee in-house assembly, wiring, and integration of cryostats and racks.
• Plan operations against user requests and company iteration cycles.
• Document requests, review delivered work, and manage stock and suppliers.
• Contribute to cooldown/warm-up cycles and cabling changes as needed.
• Establish SOPs; manage budget; drive continuous improvement.
