Harding+ is seeking Liquor Sales Specialists to join its onboard retail teams, working on cruise ships worldwide. You’ll help guests discover, understand and enjoy our premium spirits, introducing products with confidence and guiding tastings and seminars.
You’ll bring liquor retail experience and strong knowledge of spirits, talk through flavour notes, and spot buying signals to maximise sales. The role includes accommodation and meals onboard, visa assistance, and a chance to travel the world
Qualifications
- Experience in liquor retail, duty free, hospitality, mixology, bar work, or premium retail.
- Strong knowledge of spirits and ability to discuss flavour notes confidently.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and sharing product knowledge.
- Ability to host tastings, seminars or promotional events.
Responsabilités
- Help guests discover and enjoy premium liquor range.
- Introduce products, explain differences between spirits, and recommend items.
- Support tastings, seminars, in-store events and promotions.
- Maintain visual standards, stock handling and compliance with policies.
- Engage guests, identify buying signals and drive sales momentum.
