Harding+ is seeking experienced Watch Sales Specialists to join onboard cruise ship retail teams worldwide. You will drive premium watch sales, guide guests through high-value purchases, and leverage strong product knowledge of luxury brands.

The role blends luxury retail with travel and living at sea. You will engage guests, present brand stories, and participate in events and promotions while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling luxury watches.
• Strong knowledge of premium and Swiss watch brands.
• Experience guiding customers through high-value purchases.
• Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Confidence delivering product presentations or guest events.
• Flexible, team-focused and adaptable to life at sea.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver premium guest experience and maximise watch sales onboard.
• Welcome guests, understand needs, and recommend pieces suited to style, occasion or collection.
• Introduce brands, explain features and values, invite handling and trial.
• Guide guests through decision journey with patience and expertise.
• Support onboard events, presentations and promotions; create leads and repeat visits.
• Maintain product presentation, assist stock and compliance, share knowledge with team.
