Kuoni Tumlare is looking for a Cruise Operations Coordinator to manage shore excursions, land service bookings and supplier coordination in France. You will ensure timely confirmations within budget while maintaining high operational quality.

Candidates must have full working rights in France and be able to be physically present in the Paris Region. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving in a dynamic travel environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French required.
• Experience in tourism product development and ground handling operations.
• Extensive destination knowledge of France.
• Knowledge of American markets.

Responsabilités

• Operate tours across France.
• Check itineraries against sales requirements, budgets and supplier conditions.
• Choose efficient suppliers according to requests.
• Prepare and confirm bookings for ground services and special arrangements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Handle last-minute changes and emergency situations with Cruise Manager and clients.
