A leading global jewelry brand is seeking a CRM Specialist in Courbevoie to manage and analyze CRM campaigns. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in CRM and will be responsible for executing campaigns and delivering performance reports. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential. Join us to lead CRM initiatives in a diverse and inclusive environment.
Contract - CDD, 6 months, maternity cover
CRM Specialist France will handle the execution of the CRM campaigns together with the CRM specialists (France, Iberia). The CRM specialist will elaborate reports based on the results of the campaigns, benchmarks (both CRM and loyalty) and will support in the presentations of the CRM/Loyalty activities to other teams in the company.
