A mid-sized international pharmaceutical company is seeking a CRM Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Saint-Cloud, France. The successful candidate will lead the deployment of a unified CRM across four European affiliates, managing all aspects including planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. Strong leadership skills and experience in the pharmaceutical sector are required.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management or consulting, with success in CRM deployment.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a strong asset.
  • Comfortable working in an international environment; Spanish is a plus.

Ethypharm is a mid‑sized international pharmaceutical company that manufactures and supplies essential medicines that improve patients’ lives. The company focuses on hospital care, the central nervous system (severe pain, addiction), and internal medicine, with a positive impact on society and the environment.

As part of the Business Excellence Department, we are recruiting a CRM Project Manager for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

You will play a key role in the transformation by leading the deployment of a unified CRM across our 4 European affiliates.

This position is based in Saint‑Cloud (92), France.

Your main responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Coordination : Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation across affiliates and central teams.
  • Stakeholder Management : Act as the main point of contact for commercial teams, affiliate representatives, central IT, and the CRM provider. Drive alignment and challenge stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Risk & Issue Management : Anticipate and mitigate risks, propose corrective actions, and secure stakeholder commitment to solutions.
  • Budget & Resource Management : Monitor budgets, control expenditures, and ensure efficient resource allocation across affiliates.
  • Reporting & Documentation : Provide regular reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators to senior management and steering committees.
  • Change Management : Promote user adoption through training programs, process optimization, and communication initiatives.
  • Data & Quality Assurance : Oversee customer data migration and quality, ensuring compliance with GDPR and industry standards. Guarantee that deliverables meet defined quality benchmarks.
Your professional profile
  • Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or IT, along with certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Scrum, or equivalent.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in project management or consulting, with proven success in CRM deployment and managing cross‑functional, multi‑country projects. Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a strong asset.
  • Technical skills : Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello). Strong command of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken, and comfortable working in an international environment. Spanish is a plus.
