About the role
- You will manage the activation of customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan leveraging appropriate marketing channels (with specific focus on email push notifications and in-app messages).
- You will continuously refine our multi-channel communications and develop retention strategies to deliver an outstanding customer experience, applying best practices and staying up-to-date with the state of the art.
- You will support the CRM Manager to define the customer lifecycle and help define contact strategies across all customer touchpoints, as well as define key client segments for improved targeting and CRM program effectiveness.
- You will ensure that all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics that are tracked and analysed; all activity should be insight-driven and measurable. You will be the owner of the weekly/monthly reporting and ad‑hoc deep dives.
About You
- 2–3 years minimum experience working in Digital Marketing and CRM across mobile and web environments.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc.).
- Proficiency in HTML.
- Good copy‑writing skills.
- Ability to develop and optimise CRM flows to drive revenue.
- Skill in leveraging consumer behavioural, lifestyle, transactional and demographic data to deliver relevant insights.
- Commercially savvy, analytical and data‑driven.
- Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates.
- Organised, responsible and proactive.
- Ability to prioritise and organise time effectively.
- Capability to sustain a high pace of work.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Team‑motivating mindset and drive to potentiate teamwork.
