Job summary

You will help prepare sales materials, monitor client information, and handle end-to-end booking and settlement workflows for bonds and swaps, while contributing to client communications and research distribution.

Responsibilities

• Support the Paris Fixed Income Sales team with daily activities and priorities.
• Assist in preparing sales materials for bond issuances.
• Monitor and coordinate information distributed to clients during the day.
• Handle end-to-end booking and settlement workflow for bonds and swaps.
• Maintain and improve tools and spreadsheets to aid transaction execution.
• Coordinate with middle office on post-trade matters and with operations on KYC documents.
• Support distribution of Deutsche Bank research and roadshows.
