Ubisoft is seeking a Creator Operations Project Manager Assistant – Internship (6-month) starting January 2027 in Paris. You will support the Creator Operations team to implement and optimize processes and tools for managing campaigns with content creators.
The role emphasizes project management, deployment of new processes, and operational analysis. You will train teams, document procedures, and monitor performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic gaming environment.

Within the Global Content Creators department of Ubisoft Global Publishing, you will support the Creator Operations team in the implementation and optimization of the processes and tools required to manage campaigns with content creators.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Operational Process Analysis and Improvement:
Monitor industry news and carry out benchmarks and case studies related to creators’ strategies and observed market trends.
