YKONE, a global influencer marketing group, seeks a mid-level Creative in Paris to support Senior Creatives in developing concepts, campaigns, and experiential activations. You will work with Strategy, Client, Production, and Talent teams to craft compelling storytelling in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires exceptional English, strong presentation and public speaking skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in multidisciplinary teams, with travel to Abu Dhabi a few times a

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in creative roles within agencies (influencer marketing, digital, events, or integrated communication).
• Strong understanding of tourism industry & landscape.
• Fluent in English & Arabic; other languages such as French a plus.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and strong aesthetic sensibility.
• Strong ideation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and the creator ecosystem.
• Experience contributing to event and brand activation concepts.
• Strong presentation-building skills, especially PowerPoint and Google Slides.

Responsabilités

• Contribute strategically and creatively to influencer marketing campaigns, branded content, and brand activations.
• Develop compelling storytelling frameworks, content formats, and creative territories aligned with brand positioning.
• Shape tone of voice and creative direction across projects with Senior Creatives.
• Create pitch materials and proposals with strong visual storytelling and strategic coherence.
• Participate in ideation of events and brand experiences (concepts, naming, moodboards, scenography).
• Support production phases, ensuring creative integrity from concept to delivery.
• Translate trends and audience behaviors into creative proposals.
• Present ideas clearly in internal and client meetings.
