TikTok is seeking a Consumer Product Goods Project Intern for a 2026 start in Paris. The internship focuses on data-driven projects with the Beauty/CPG team in France, building narratives, performing SOV deepdives, and supporting top accounts with campaign analysis.

As an enrolled Bachelor's student, you will collaborate with global accounts, assist with Shop GMV Max initiatives, and help scale best practices across teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; must be enrolled for the duration of the internship.
• Must be available to start immediately in Paris for 6 months minimum.
• English professional proficiency is required, as well as proficiency in French for ongoing collaboration with the team.
• Work experience in Sales, Advertising, Consulting, Analysis, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Technical Sales, and Operations, or related fields is a plus
• Project management experience and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate, innovate and implement ideas.
• Demonstrated interest in digital and TikTok's advertization solutions

Responsabilités

• Data & Insights- Establish and manage key strategic projects in partnership with the Beauty / CPG Team in France
• Establish key narratives and data for all our verticals and sub-verticals industries
• Create SOV deepdives by product categories
• Audit organic impact & presence of key clients
• Help teams on feature whitelisting for Top Accounts (TTMS)
• Support our Global accounts teams (Benchmark / scorecards creations)
• TikTok Shop & GMV Max Analyst- Establish strong relationships with TikTok Shop Teams and be the voice of CSMs Consumer Goods
• Connect with TTS FRITES champions to scale best practices to FR Team
• Deliver daily audit & optimizations on TikTok Shop GMV Max campaigns for Consumer Goods Team
• Scale GMV Max adoption on our Top Clients
• Lead innovation by pushing regular product news, promo days, Live Shopping to clients & CSMs
• Leverage internal tools to create dedicated shop customized recommandation & analysis
