BuyIn is seeking a Country Procurement Lead to manage local sourcing for Mobile Devices, aligning local market realities with global procurement strategies. You will partner with central procurement, local teams and top-tier suppliers to secure best value and negotiate effectively.

You will become the local expert on telecom hardware, track spend and supplier performance, and help shape sourcing strategies that deliver real value across markets. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Telecom, or related field.
• 5+ years in sourcing, procurement or supplier management.
• Experience in telecom or tech preferred.
• Strong numerical skills and proficiency with Excel and Power BI.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Country Procurement Lead who will manage local sourcing for Mobile Devices. The role connects global procurement strategies to local market realities and partners with central procurement, local teams and top-tier suppliers to deliver best value.

Know the Market Inside Out

• Become the local expert on telecom hardware—know trends, pricing and competitive moves.
• Track spending, supplier performance and pricing benchmarks.
• Spot risks and opportunities early by staying on top of market shifts.

Work with People, Not Just Processes

• Build strong relationships with local procurement and commercial teams.
• Ensure local needs are represented in global strategy discussions.
• Collaborate with central and regional sourcing teams to align objectives.

Manage Suppliers Like a Pro

• Support negotiations with local suppliers to secure the best deals.
• Share local pricing insights with global teams to help close large deals.
• Shape creative sourcing strategies that deliver real value.

Share What Works

• Spread success stories, lessons learned and best practices across countries.
• Improve sourcing processes and negotiation playbooks.
• Act as a connector across countries, ensuring shared learning.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Business, Procurement, Telecom or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supplier management—preferably in telecom or tech.
• Expertise on procurement topics related to the allocated countries.
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisations.
• Strong numerical skills and proficiency with tools such as Excel or Power BI, and confident in presenting to executives.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
