A leading biopharmaceutical company in Aubigny-sur-Nère is seeking an experienced Country General Manager to provide direction and drive commercial growth. The role involves managing a team of over 200 FTEs, implementing local strategies, and fostering a strong corporate culture. Candidates should have a master's degree and at least 10 years of experience in relevant industries.
The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Country General Manager Teva France capable of providing leadership, direction and vision with the aptitude to drive commercial growth and excellence, as the company looks to grow its innovative medicines business in Europe. This position will report to the SVP, Commercial Lead for South & East Europe and will be responsible for managing a team of over 200 FTEs.
This position will collaborate with Functional Heads (HR, Finance, Legal...) to ensure co-accountability of functional FTEs and P&L. With a responsibility for net sales of ~USD 500 million the successful incumbent will translate Teva EU strategy into local priorities. In addition, this critical role will lead the local Commercial Management Teams and Pivotal talent to ensure the right capabilities are in place to optimally execute strategy and tactical plans.
