Saica Group recherche une correspondante commerciale sédentaire pour notre site d’Exideuil sur Vienne. Vous gérerez l’interface entre les services internes et le client, établirez les devis, suivrez les commandes et participerez à la gestion des stocks et des retours.

Une expérience de 3 ans dans l’industrie de consommables est souhaitée et la maîtrise de SAP serait un atout. Bac+2 minimum en relation commerciale ou gestion administrative est requis.

Qualifications

• Formation Bac+2 minimum en relation commerciale ou gestion administrative.
• 3 ans d'expérience dans un secteur comparable (industrie de consommables) souhaitée.
• La maîtrise de SAP sera un plus.

Responsabilités

• Gérer l’interface entre le service commercial, le bureau d’étude, la production,logistique, la qualité.
• S’occuper de la relation de service au client (établir les devis, saisie et suivi de commande, stocks, retours, solvabilité)
• Travailler en binôme avec un agent commercial présent sur le terrain

Job: CORRESPONDANTE COMMERCIALE Job Description: Dans le cadre d'un remplacement faisant suite à une évolution interne, nous recherchons un(e) correspondante(e) commercial sédentaire pour notre site situé à Exideuil sur Vienne (16150) en Charente limousine A ce poste, vous serez responsable de :

• Gérer l’interface entre le service commercial, le bureau d’étude, la production,logistique, la qualité.
• S’occuper de la relation de service au client (établir les devis, saisie et suivi de commande, stocks, retours, solvabilité)
• Travailler en binôme avec un agent commercial présent sur le terrain
• Formation de niveau Bac+2 minimum en relation commerciale ou gestion administrative
• Une expérience minimale de 3 ans dans un secteur d'activité comparable (industrie de consommables) est souhaitée
• La pratique de SAP sera un plus
