A leading digital asset platform in Paris is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Counsel. The role involves supporting corporate responsibilities and compliance, preparing legal documentation, and managing corporate matters for both French and international entities. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of legal experience, a Master's in Corporate Law, and exceptional proficiency in English and French. As a Corporate Legal Counsel within the Corporate & Compliance Legal Team, reporting directly to the Corporate & Compliance Principal, you will be a central pillar supporting Ledger's operational and corporate integrity across its global footprint. This role requires deep expertise in French corporate and companies law and meticulous attention to detail.
You will play a direct role in maintaining the company's compliance framework, supporting key Board of Directors and shareholder decisions, and ensuring the legal foundation is solid for our continued hyper‑growth in the Web3 space.
This role requires rigor, autonomy, and strong organizational skills to manage corporate mandates in an international and complex environment.
