We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Corporate Legal Associate. Reporting to the Country Director, this full‑time and permanent position is based in Parice, France and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Legal Services and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the compliance team with onboarding and health check of the clients’ entities
  • Upsell legal services
  • Manages a portfolio of clients acting as main point of contact for the clients assigned, escalating when necessary
  • Manages, controls and accounts client invoices in line with accounting obligations, making the appropriate checks
  • Attention to requirements from the Administration and response to them
Key requirements

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes (ability to relate to different clients)
  • Proactive and analytical thinkinExcellent presentation and communication skills, both in written and oral English.
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, excellent follow through skills and ability to work independently and being part of a team
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar position. Experience in management with multinational clients is highly valued.
  • University degree, preferably in business or finance
  • Good knowledge of French accounting and tax regulations
  • High level of English
  • Good knowledge of Pack Office.
