Naboo’s corporate event concierge service enables booking venues, catering, transportation, and team-building for events from business meals to large retreats. Naboo leverages AI to automate admin tasks and is expanding globally from Paris and other cities.

Within the Corporate Finance team, you will assist in closing processes, coordinate with international entities, and push automation of closings. Fluency in French and English is required; a Finance/Control degree is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Control or equivalent
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
• Fundamentals in general and managerial accounting: closing procedures, cut-off, reconciliations, balance sheets, and income statements
• Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts: P&L, cash flow analysis, FP&A notions
• Curiosity for automation tools and AI in finance (e.g., Claude in Excel)

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing closing processes in France and internationally
• Coordinate closings with international entities
• Process closing entries
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Contribute to progressive automation of closings using existing tools
• Monitor cash positions across group bank accounts
• Reconcile cash flows with the back office
• Monitor multi-currency flows and FX variances
• Support a dynamic, high-growth finance team
