Job Description
By joining our team, you will ensure the protection and resilience of our assets against cyber threats, while ensuring compliance with national and international regulatory standards. Together, we will strengthen the Corporate Security department's efforts in protecting our products and ensuring their compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead compliance projects for national and international cybersecurity regulations (e.g., NIS2, CRA) and provide operational support to the Standardization Compliance Manager.
- Ensure digital signature governance to strengthen aircraft protection, supporting the Products & Services Security Manager.
- Actively contribute to GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) activities and the optimization of associated cybersecurity processes.
- Conduct advisory, awareness and regulatory assistance initiatives for internal teams.
- Work in close synergy with Airbus Helicopters IT security managers globally and participate in Airbus Group working groups.
Candidate Profile
- Solid experience in complying with national and international cybersecurity regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of European regulations: NIS2, CRA, PART‑IS.
- In-depth knowledge of project management.
- Mastery of the EBIOS RM methodology.
- In-depth knowledge of electronic signature solutions, data protection, and data integrity and authenticity control.
- Knowledge of ARINC835,827, and665 is a plus.
- Good knowledge of secure network architectures, partitioning, cryptography, operating systems (Linux/RTOS/Windows), and security solutions (SOC, SIEM, firewalls, bastions).
- Languages: French (native/fluent), professional fluent English.
- Strict adherence to regulatory procedures and absolute confidentiality.
- Ability to explain security challenges to both technical teams and decision-makers.
- Ability to translate complex technical issues into decision‑making summaries.
- Composure in incident or crisis situations.
- Ability to work in integrated, cross‑functional, and transnational teams.
Special Conditions
- Position requires obtaining Secret‑level defense security clearance.
- Occasional national and international travel.
