Airbus is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer for the Airbus CERT in Toulouse. You will investigate cyberattacks, perform DFIR activities, and contribute to threat hunting and tool development within a multinational, security-focused team.

The role requires a Master’s degree in IT or related field, 7–8 years of experience, and strong English; French/German/Spanish are a plus. You will collaborate across BUs worldwide and engage with research publications and security conferences.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• 7 to 8 years of experience in the field.
• Experience in threat detection or incident response.
• Experience in reverse engineering.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with teams located in different BUs and locations.
• English: Negotiation level; French, German and/or Spanish is a plus.

Job Description: Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Senior Cyber Security Engineer (f/m) to join the Airbus CERT (Computer Emergency Response Team) based in Toulouse, France.

Within Airbus Commercial Aircraft, digital security topics are managed by our Corporate Digital Security office, a transnational organisation based in France, UK, Germany and Spain, with a direct link to our global infrastructure and sites (e.g. North America, India, China, Asia …).

What you will do with us:

The Airbus CERT (Computer Emergency Response Team) is responsible for handling cybersecurity incidents and detecting cyber threats throughout the Airbus world.

Your challenges:

• Investigate technical cyberattacks and perform Digital forensics and incident response (DFIR) activities.
