TotalEnergies’ Gas, Renewables & Power (GRP) branch seeks a Senior Corporate Lawyer to manage French entities, lead corporate governance, and support intra-group M&A. You will draft and monitor corporate actions, coordinate with foreign subsidiaries, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Master 2 in Business Law, ideally with Corporate Law specialization.
• At least 6 years of experience in-house or in a law firm.
• English and French as working languages.
• Autonomy in a demanding, multicultural environment with strong drafting skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage legal/corporate oversight of French entities within scope.
• Support intra-group M&A transactions and corporate structures.
• Draft and monitor intra-group agreements; oversee audits and minutes.
• Coordinate with foreign subsidiaries and advise on governance.
• Develop tools and templates; ensure compliance with TotalEnergies policies.
