Job summary

Air Liquide France Industrie seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance across multiple production sites in the region. You will manage MAXIMO usage and data quality, and coordinate with purchasing, supply chain and Stock Management.

Reporting to the Maintenance Master Data Manager within the Cluster SWE, you will drive projects, monitor KPIs and help shape the annual maintenance plan and budget. Occasional travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Engineer with Bac+4/5 in industrial field and initial proven experience in Primary Production.
• Strong industrial culture, organized, autonomous and rigorous.
• Analytical and synthesis skills; able to manage priorities and multiple interfaces.
• Proficient with MAXIMO and PowerBI; good knowledge of Google Suite; good English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance across multiple production sites; lead maintenance teams.
• Responsible for MAXIMO data quality and usage by technicians.
• Interface maintenance with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Stock Management and other support functions.
• Lead and coordinate GMAO-related projects and deployments with regional and central teams.
• Report maintenance performance indicators for the teams.
• Participate in national and cluster working groups.
• Assist in building the annual maintenance target and budget in Maximo.
• Possibly participate in multi-year major maintenance outages in the region.
• Actively contribute to improving maintenance processes cross-functionally.
