Limagrain, via HM.CLAUSE FP&A, recrute un contrôleur de gestion junior en contrat temporaire pour Portes-lès-Valence. Vous serez rattaché à l’équipe FP&A et travaillerez sur le reporting commercial EMEA et l’analyse des ventes et des marges.

Le poste implique la production de rapports mensuels, le suivi du budget et des prévisions, et une collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et financières à l’international.

Qualifications

• Diplôme BA/BS en Finance, Comptabilité ou Économie exigé.
• Débutants acceptés et jusqu’à 3 ans d’expérience en finance.
• Maîtrise d’Excel, PowerPoint et Word, MS Office.
• Bilingue anglais et français exigé.

Responsabilités

• Produire des rapports clés sur les ventes, la marge et les OPEX mensuellement.
• Analyser l’évolution année sur année des ventes et de la marge et suivre le budget OPEX.
• Être l’utilisateur clé des tableaux de bord FP&A pour l’équipe commerciale EMEA.
• Contribuer à la reforestation mensuelle des ventes et au processus budgétaire annuel.
• Supporter l’équipe commerciale EMEA et le Head of Sales dans les analyses et la consolidation des données.

Main Goal

HM.CLAUSE FP&A Team is seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive FP&A Analyst to support the FP&A team in delivering reliable data, reporting and analysis to HM Clause Sales team for Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) region.

This position supports sales management with accurate, clear and timely analyses of sales, margin and commercial OPEX. It will also contribute to the budget process as well as monthly sales reforecasts

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Produce key reports on sales, margin and OPEX on a monthly basis.
• Analyze year-over-year evolution of sales and margin, and monitor OPEX budget consumption.
• Act as the key user for FP&A BI dashboards on Sales and OPEX for the EMEA Sales team.
• Contribute to the monthly sales reforecasting process by producing the working file and sharing relevant data.
• Support EMEA Sales Team during annual budget process: coordination with local sales and finance teams, consolidation of local inputs into a reliable database.
• Provide day-to-day business partnering and support for the EMEA Head of Sales, Sales organization and Finance organization.

What we expect of you

• BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.
• Beginners accepted and up to 3 years of experience in finance.
• English & French fluency is mandatory.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience working in an international environment a plus.
