Comsip recherche un Contract Engineer basé à Paris pour une mission FEED/EPC dans le secteur Oil & Gas, avec déplacements ponctuels vers Le Caire et Londres.

Vous reporterez au chef du contrôle de projet et contribuerez à la gestion contractuelle, à la préparation des offres et aux négociations.

Profil: expérience en gestion de contrats dans des projets industriels, maîtrise FEED/EPC et environnements multi-parties. Résidence à Paris ou itinérant possible.

Qualifications

• Expérience en gestion de contrats dans Oil & Gas ou projets industriels à grande échelle.
• Bonne connaissance des cadres contractuels FEED et EPC.
• Expérience en appels d'offres, négociation et gestion de contractants.
• Connaissance des projets internationaux et des environnements multi-parties.

Responsabilités

• S'assurer que le contractant respecte ses obligations selon le contrat FEED.
• Contribuer à la préparation et à la négociation du contrat EPC : instruction à tender, analyse des offres, clarifications et négociations.
• Gérer les processus de tender et les relations avec les contractants.
• Travailler dans un cadre international et multi-parties (Shell/EGAS/EGPC).
• Rapporter au Project Control Manager et coordonner avec les équipes locales et internationales.

Contexte de la mission

The client is shareholder of IDKU, LNG plant in EGYPT along with SHELL, PETRONAS and EGAS/EGPC.
Sharholders are planning to execute a FEED for the installation of a regasification unit on site. FEED shall be followed by an EPC roll over to Mc Dermott in consortium with Petrojet, local construction company.
A Project Management Team is created through technical service agreements, mainly with Shell. The client is in charge to provide a service for contract management during FEED (FEED contract is ready for award). Through this service, the person will report to the project control manager. The person can be located in Paris, London or Cairo.

Objectifs et livrables

• Ensure the contractor fulfills its obligations as per FEED contract.
• Contribute to the preparation and negotiation of the EPC contract: instruction to tender, offer analysis, contract terms clarifications and negotiations.
• Experience in contract management within Oil & Gas or large-scale industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of FEED and EPC contract frameworks
• Experience in tendering processes, contract negotiation and contractor management
• Familiarity with international projects and multi-party consortium environments
