Ayvens is seeking a Content Specialist to own substantive website, banking environment and app content. You will craft inspiring and clear content for customers, aligning product and service information with the brand voice and customer experience.

You will report to the Marketing Manager and work with ICT, compliance and customer service to ensure accuracy, timely updates and effective content strategies across channels.

Qualifications

• Full-time content professional with a focus on banking/financial services.
• Strong writing and editing skills in Dutch; fluent English as well.

Responsabilités

• Own substantive content for website, banking environment and app.
• Create and publish inspiring, customer-focused content.
• Coordinate between product, service content and customer communications.
• Ensure coherence of content with customer experience and brand voice.
• Collaborate with ICT, compliance, legal and customer service.
• Develop and manage content calendars; support newsletters and social outputs.
• Analyze content performance and optimize strategies.
