We're Hiring: Content Moderator with French - Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid)
Do you speak French fluently and have strong English skills? Are you passionate about creating a safe online environment and supporting users with professionalism? Join our international team in Sofia, where you'll help protect digital communities while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work model.
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid work from home with only 2 office days per month)
EU Passport required
️Languages: French (C2/native) + English (B2+)
Contract Type: Full-time
Schedule: Rotational shifts including weekdays and weekends
Requirement: Must be based in Bulgaria
Review and moderate user‑generated content according to platform guidelines
Ensure community safety by identifying and escalating policy violations
Respond to user inquiries via internal systems with empathy and professionalism
Hybrid work model: mostly from home, with minimal office presence (2 days/month)
Relocation assistance (travel + temporary accommodation support, if moving from abroad)
