Remote (EU)
Salary Very competitive for an entry-level role Where Fully remote, based in the EU with an existing right to work here. We meet in person at the company retreat. Level Entry level. Recent graduates and career switchers welcome. The upside You learn the full growth stack. Paid search, SEO, product marketing and named-account work all sit next to you on a team this small. AI tools A Claude Max account of your own. You get good with it by doing the work. Language English, to a high standard. German is a bonus rather than a requirement.
We build creative editing SDKs used by 600+ customers and powering 500+ million creations every month. We’re bootstrapped, profitable, and growing, and most of our best customers still start with a conversation. Our marketing team is small, senior, and fast.
Almost everyone who becomes a customer finds us before they ever speak to us. They search, or they ask an AI assistant which tool to use, and our name either comes back or it does not. Roughly half of our buyers now arrive through an AI answer.
Most of this is outreach, and it stays manual. There is no tool that does it. That is exactly why it is a job rather than a task.
You pitch five editors and two of them reply. One says yes, and your research shows up in a publication our buyers read. You book a newsletter slot, brief a video, answer nine questions in two forums, and chase three customers for reviews.
At the end of the month we look at the numbers together. How many placements landed. How many new sites link to us. Whether AI assistants name us more often than they did four weeks ago, which we test by running a fixed set of 100 buying questions across four models. And whether your work moved our visibility on a surface we care about.
You will often be working on that last one with our SEO specialist or our Growth Lead, against a KPI the three of you share. Sometimes it does not move. Then we work out why, and you try something else.
You will use AI heavily, because this job is mostly research and personalisation at volume. Finding the right editor at the right publication, understanding what they have written before, and drafting fifty notes that each read like a person wrote them. That work used to be impossible for one person. It is now the job.
There is a second reason it matters here. The thing you are optimising for is an AI system deciding what to recommend. You will be one of very few marketers who works on both sides of that, and it is a young enough discipline that nobody has ten years of experience in it. Someone starting now is close to level with people who have been in marketing for a decade.
A conference circuit. We do not send this role around trade shows, because that sits with sales. Where an event is genuinely about publishers, editors or media, and a relationship gets built there, you go.
