About the Company

A European market leader for Incentive Compensation Management, Primeum currently employs around 40 staff and specialises in helping major companies implement incentive schemes for their teams (particularly in commercial departments). The Consulting team, made up of around 15 staff, is looking for a consultant with 1–2 years of experience to support its development both in France and internationally.

Job description

The role covers two main areas of activity.

Analysis and design of bonus schemes

Working on projects providing assistance to our clients, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Auditing variable bonus schemes
• Drawing up specifications and creating incentive schemes
• Designing and improving methods for the setup of commercial objectives
• Creating simulations of effects generated

Outsourcing project management

Where major clients have outsourced the delivery of their bonus schemes to us, you will carry out the following duties:

• Interfacing directly with the client
• Specification of client needs
• Scheduling and quality management

The role will involve working closely with the project manager (manager/partner). This post will develop naturally towards managerial, commercial and project management duties.

Skills required

• Graduate of a major business or engineering school
• Native English and fluent in French (speaking & writing)
• Excel ninja

The consultant will be based at the Primeum office (Paris, 8th arrondissement). The role will require you to travel for short business trips (1 week max.) all over the world.
